本文分析了影响超短脉冲锁模倍频Nd:YAG激光系统的输出方向稳定的因素,并介绍了其改进的方法。
In this paper, affected factors of output direction stability of ultra-short pulse mode-locked freguency-double Nd:YAG laser system have been analysed, and their improved methods are introduced.
