摘要 强调了EBSD技术研究晶体学问题的灵便性,探讨了几何晶体学、材料学基础知识的掌握对用好EBSD技术的重要性,特别是极图与矩阵运算应用的重要性及普遍性;提出将织构研究、相变晶体学研究、界面研究等各类晶体几何问题的简化及统一;简述了扫描电镜配置的发展趋势;分析了EBSD技术在我国推广中存在的一些问题及建议;并列举了一个用EBSD技术测定高锰钢中两种马氏体相变晶体学的例子。 The flexibility of EBSD technique for the crystallographic study and the importance of solid grasp of principles in crystallography and materials science to the best use of EBSD are stressed; The general relevance of pole figure representation and manipulation of matrix calculation based on EBSD data is reviewed; It is suggested that generalization of the researches in textures, phase transformation crystallography, interfaces and others is crucial especially for new EBSD users. The trend of scanning microscope design on which EBSD system is installed and the problems encountered during domestic EBSD application are briefly discussed. An application example of EBSD technique to the crystallographic analysis of the formation of two types of martensites in a high Mn TRIP/TWIP steel is provided.
