摘要
本文对80%冷轧变形量、1 mm板厚的含磷IF钢施以相同温度不同保温时间的退火处理。采用金相显微镜及电子背散射衍射(EBSD)等实验手段,研究了不同保温时间条件下,IF钢板的微观组织和主织构及晶界特征演变规律。结果表明实验钢在810℃保温180 s和360 s均发生了完全再结晶,主织构是{111}〈110〉和{111}〈112〉,晶界特征主要是低∑CSL晶界。
The cold rolled(reduction of 80% ) phosphorus-bearing IF steel of 1 mm thickness was heat-treatment at the temperature and different annealing times. By means of optical microscopy and EBSD analysis, The microstructure and main texture evolution and grain boundary distribution characters in the IF steel at different annealing times were investigated. The results showed that the the cold rolled steel reerystallized after annealed at 810℃for 180 s and 360 s, The main texture were {111}(110) and {111}(112) and the grain boundary distribution characters were main low ∑ CSL grain boundary.
