负性情绪干预对急性冠脉综合征疗效及冠脉事件发生率的影响

摘要 目的:探讨负性情绪干预对急性冠脉综合征疗效及对冠脉事件发生率的影响。方法:将80例急性冠脉综合征患者分别入选对照组、干预组,各40例。对照组给予心内科常规药物治疗,干预组在心内科常规药物治疗的基础上,加用负性情绪干顶治疗。评价并比较治疗2周时两组SAS、SDS得分,临床疗效及干预治疗5个月内急性冠脉事件的发生率。结果:治疗2周时,干预组SAS、SDS评分显著低于对照组,临床疗效显著高于对照组,5个月内急性冠脉事件发生率显著低于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:负性情绪干预能降低急性冠脉综合征患者负性情绪的严重程度,并可提高其临床疗效,对急性冠脉事件的预防有重要作用。 Objectives: To investigate the effects of correcting negative moods on the treatment efficacy and morbidity of acute coronary events during 5 months follow-up period in the patsents of a- cute coronary syndrome. Methods:80 patients with acute coronary syndrome were divided into intervening group and control group. Patients in control group were treated with conventional drugs. In addition to conventional drugs, patients' negative moods were rectified m intervening group. The clinical outcome were compared 2 weeks later between the two groups. Morbidity of acute coronary events was calculated 5 month later. Results : The scores of SAS and SDS of the intervening group were lower significantly than the control group. The clinical outcome was significantly higher than the control group. Morbidity of acute coronary events during 5 month follow-up period in intervening group was significantly lower than that in control group. Conclusion: Correcting negative moods could lower the degree of negative emotions and improve clinical outcome in ACS patients and it could prevent acute coronary events in the patients.
