小儿阑尾炎误诊误治4例分析

Analysis of misdiagnosis and mistreatment of four pediatric appendicitis cases

目的:探讨小儿阑尾炎的临床特点,早期诊断,治疗和术后并发症的预防。方法:对4例小儿阑尾炎的诊疗过程进行回顾性分析。结果:对小儿不典型阑尾炎特点认识不足,易导致误诊,阑尾切除术中手术操作不当可致盆腔脓肿等并发症的发生。结论:小儿不典型阑尾炎容易导致误诊,早期选择合适的阑尾切除术式可预防术后并发症的发生。

Objective： To investigate the clinical features, early diagnosis, treatment and prevention of Postoperative Complications. Methods ： Four pediatric appendicitis cases were analyzed retrospectively. Results ： Insufficient understanding of the atypical pediatric appendicitis can lead to misdiag- nosis, inappropriate operative procedures in appendectomy can lead to Postoperative Complications, for example, pelvic abscess. Conclusion ： It is easily misdiagnosed in the atypical pediatric appendicitis cases, appropriate operative procedures may reduce the incidence of Postoperative Complications.
