糖尿病低血糖昏迷38例临床分析

The clinical analysis of 38 cases diabete hypoglycemia coma

目的：通过对38例糖尿病低血糖患者的救治来探讨低血糖昏迷的病因，临床特点，防治要领，提高急诊治愈率。方法：采用回顾性调查方法，分析38例糖尿病低血糖昏迷患者的临床资料。结果：30例在6～20min内慢慢苏醒，症状缓解及消失，16例患者留观，反复测血糖24h，病情稳定后出院，38例患者中治愈36例，2例因引起并发症死亡。结论：低血糖症，病情重，进展快，抢救要及时准确，必须防止并发症，加强预防措施。

Objectives： through the treatment of 38 cases of diabete hypoglycemia patients to explore the causes of low blood sugar coma, clinical features, prevention and treatment essentials to improve the cure rate of emergency. Methods：by a retrospective survey methodology, analysising the clinical data of low blood sugar coma of the 38 cases diabetic patients. Results ：30 cases slowly came to life in 6 - 20min and the symptoms alleviatived and disappeared; 16 cases of patients with observation and repeated blood sugar in 24h, discharged when condition stable, 38 cases cured 36 cases and 2 cases died of complications. Conclusion： hypoglycemia is severe, and the progress is fast. The rescue should be timely and accurate. And it is very necessary to prevent complications, and to strengthen preventive measures.
