摘要
介绍了数字样机技术的概念及其在某型号运载火箭伺服机构设计中应用的必要性。说明了数字样机技术在某型号运载火箭伺服机构设计中的应用流程,详细阐述了数字样机技术的应用内容,包括应用MATLAB进行伺服机构的负载特性分析、应用ADAMS进行机构运动学分析、应用ANSYS进行关键零件的力学分析和应用Pro/E进行结构样机的三维模装,指出了应用数字样机技术提高了设计质量和效率、加快了伺服产品的研制进度、降低了伺服产品的生产成本。最后总结了数字样机技术在某型号运载火箭伺服机构设计中的应用情况,提出了今后的发展方向。
This paper introduces the concept of digital prototype technique and its necessity of applications in the design of servo mechanism of some launch vehicle. This paper explains the applying process with digital prototype technique in the design of servo mechanism. The applying contents with the technique, including analyzing load characteristic of servo mechanism by MAT- LAB, analyzing kinematics of mechanism by ADAMS, analyzing mechanics of the key parts by ANSYS and assembling three dimension structure modal by Pro/E, were described in detail. Through the application of the technique, the quality and efficieney of design is improved, the developing schedule of servo products is accelerated and the costs of production are reduced. Finally, the authors summarize the applications of the technique in the design of servo mechanism of some launch vehicle and propose its developing trend in the future.
