纤维蛋白基生物材料在组织工程中的应用

摘要 纤维蛋白基材料包括纤维蛋白原和纤维蛋白,是一种具有良好生物相容性和生物降解性能的天然聚合物材料,已被广泛应用于开发各种组织工程支架和生长因子释放系统。为满足不同组织工程对支架三维结构和力学性能的要求,纤维蛋白基材料可以制成凝胶、黏胶、微珠和纳米纤维,也可以单独使用或与其他材料复合。文章讨论了纤维蛋白基材料的主要性能,并重点论述了此类材料在组织工程中的应用现状和面临的问题。 Fibrin-based biomaterials including fibrinogen and fibrin, which is a kind of naturally natural polymer materials with good biocompatibility and biodegradation, have been applied extensively as polymeric scaffolds and delivery carders for growth factors in tissue engineering fields. Fibrin-based biomaterials can be fabricated as gels, glues, micro-beads, or nanofibers to satisfy the diverse requirements of three dimensional structure or mechanical property in tissue engineering scaffolds. Also, they can be used alone or in combination with other matrices to achieve the sufficient mechanical integrity. This paper discusses the properties of fibrin-based binmaterials and focuses on some recent progress and problems encountered in the development of fibrin-based scaffold.
