Y染色体AZF基因微缺失和男性不育的相关性研究进展 被引量:10

摘要 男性不育的主要临床症状是无精子症和少精子症。引起男性不育的因素很多,其中由于遗传因素所导致的生精障碍是引起男性不育的重要原因之一。研究发现,Y染色体长臂上无精子因子(azoospermia factor,AZF)的缺失可以导致男性生精障碍,大多表现为无精子或严重少精子,与男性不育密切相关,并且可以正常生育或辅助生育方式遗传给后代引起不育。进行AZF基因微缺失的检测可以为患者的诊断、治疗及遗传咨询提供理论依据并减少不必要的治疗。
