呼和浩特地区孕妇TORCH感染调查分析

The analysis of pregnant woman's TORCH infection in Huhehotarea

目的调查分析呼和浩特地区孕妇TORCH感染的情况。方法采用抗体捕获ELISA法检测孕妇血清中的TORCH-IgM抗体。结果受检测孕妇血清中的TORCH特异性IgM抗体阳性率分别为HSV-Ⅱ1.05%、CMV0.86%、RUV0.19%、TOX0.095%。结论TORCH感染与优生优育有着重要的关系,应继续加强对准孕妇及孕妇的宣传教育和产前筛查。

Objective： To analyze the crice about the infection of TORCH in Huhehot. Methods： With the method of examming the TORCH IgM antibody in the blood serum. Results： The positive rates of the pregnant women＇s TORCH are HSV - Ⅱ 1. 05%, CMV 0. 86%, RUV 0. 19%, TOX 0. 095% o Conclusion： The pregnant woman＇s TORCH infection has something important to do with healthy birth and child development, It shoud be go on giving publicity and examing to the pregnant woman.
