摘要
嵌布粒度极细的鲕状赤铁矿(小于20μm),极易泥化,具有严重的泥覆盖现象,传统的重选、磁选、浮选选矿工艺处理这类矿石,很难取得满意效果,致使微细铁矿物颗粒无法有效回收,造成有用矿物大量流失。已有大量的研究工作表明,选择性絮凝法是处理微细粒赤铁矿的有效分选工艺。微细矿粒良好的分散是选择性絮凝的必要条件,过量的分散将破坏选择性絮凝作用,与此同时水质、pH、搅拌时间、剪切速率及分散剂用量都会对其产生影响。本研究针对微细粒鲕状赤铁矿,进行化学分散研究,为进一步选择性絮凝分选研究提供基础。
Very fine oolitic hematite ore (smaller than 20μm) is extremely apt to slime and be covered with slime. Conventional processes such as gravity separation, magnetic separation and flotation are hard to achieve satisfactory results when used to treat such ore, leading to a great loss of valuable minerals due to insufficient recovery of microfine iron minerals. A plenty of research work has indicated that selective flocculation is an efficient process for treating microline hematite ore. A good dispersion of microfine ore particles is a necessity for selective flocculation while an over - dispersion win damage the selective flocculation. Meanwhile, water quality, pH, agitation time, shearing rate and dispersant dosage will all have effects on selective flocculation. This study is dedicated to the chemical dispersion of microfine oolitic hematite so as to provide a basis for the further study on selective flocculation.
