滦县司家营贫赤铁矿选矿试验研究

Test Research on the Beneficiation of Hematite Ore from Sijiaying,Luanxian County

对滦县司家营贫赤铁矿进行了选矿试验研究。采用阶段磨矿、弱磁选-强磁选-阴离子反浮选流程选别该矿石,最终可以取得铁精矿品位65.80%、精矿产率22.97%、精矿回收率69.10%、总尾矿品位8.81%的指标。

Beneficiation test was carded out on the lean hematite ore from Sijingying, Luanxian County. A process consisting of staged grinding, low intensity magnetic separation-high intensity magnetic separation-anionic reverse flotation was adopted to treat this ore and obtained an iron concentrate grading 65.80% with a yield of 22.97% and a recovery of 69.10%, and a final tailing grading 8.81%.
