江西某钼铋钨多金属矿选矿试验研究 被引量:12

摘要 根据原矿的矿石性质,试验研究了钼铋混浮-精矿钼铋分离-尾矿重选回收钨的选矿工艺流程。对含钼0.24%、铋0.10%、钨(WO3)0.052%的原矿,获得了含钼52.43%、钼回收率92.15%的钼精矿;含铋37.09%、回收率75.60%的铋精矿,含铋1.85%、回收率12.16%的铋中矿、铋总回收率87.76%及含钨(WO3)65.24%、钨回收率58.22%的钨精矿。钼、铋、钨均得到有效回收。 In light of the properties of the run-of-mine ore, a beneficiation process of molybdenite and bismuthinite bulk flotation- molybdenite and bismuthinite separation-wolframite recovery from tailings was tested. As a result, from a feed containing Mo 0.24%, Bi 0.10% and WO3 0.052%, the following products were obtained, including a molybdenite concentrate grading 52.43% Mo at a recovery of 92.15%, a bismuthinite concentrate grading 37.09% Bi at a recovery of 75. 60% , and sub-bismuthinite concentrate grading 1.85% Bi at a recovery of 12.16% , with a total Bi recovery of 87.76% ; and a wolframite concentrate grading 65.24% WO3 at a recovery of 58.22% , achieving a good recovery of Mo, Bi and WO3.
