采用烧结法提取粉煤灰中Al2O3,通过正交试验对影响烧结过程的各种因素进行烧结条件的优化,烧结产物进行溶出和赤泥洗涤试验。烧结试验主要考察烧结剂用量和配比、烧结温度、烧结时间对粉煤灰烧结熟料中Al2O3溶出率的影响;熟料溶出试验主要考察稀碱液浓度、溶出时间、溶出温度以及赤泥洗涤制度对粉煤灰烧结熟料中Al2O3溶出率的影响。试验结果表明,正交试验对烧结熟料的溶出条件进行优化,粉煤灰烧结熟料中Al2O3溶出率由76.20%提高到84.69%;通过对赤泥的洗涤试验,粉煤灰中Al2O3提取率进一步提高到87.03%,Na2O溶出率达到94.83%。
Al2O3 was extracted from fly ash by sintering. The various factors influencing the sintering were optimized by orthogonal experiment and the leaching out and red mud washing tests were made on the sintering products. The sintering test was to investigate the effects of the sintering flux dosage and proportioning, sintering temperature and sintering time on the Al2O3 dissolution rate of fly ash sintered clinker. The clinker leaching test was to mainly investigate the effects of the dilute alkali solution concentrat!on, leaching time, leaching temperature and red mud washing regime on the Al2O3 dissolution rate of fly ash sintered clinker. The results show that the optimization of the leaching conditions of sintered clinker by orthogonal experiment has raised the Al2O3 dissolution rate of fly ash sintered clink from 76.20% to 84.69% while the red mud washing has further improved the Al2O3 leaching rate to 87.03%, with the Na2O dissolution rate reaching 94.83%.
