摘要
本课题初步考察了细旦涤纶织物的碱和胺同浴减量的协同效应及其机理,发现改性后不仅在涤纶纤维上引入胺基等活性基团,而且在纤维表面产生较深的裂纹和凹槽,从而提供了交联反应和机械附着的条件,为后续丝素涂膜整理打下了基础.
In this paper,the synergistic aminolysis mechanism of NaOH and ethylene diamine in one bath for PET micro crepe fabric has been studied prelimiarily. Affter its modification,both active groups of-NHR, - COOH,-OH, etc. and, considerable cracks and pits would be introduced on to PET fibres so as to provide locations for consquent cross-linking reactions and mechanical-attaching actions,and to lay a good foundation for following silk-fibron coating finishing.
