摘要
能够比较全面地、科学地反映出织物风格差异的物理力学参数是织物风格客观定量评价的关键.FAST系统的物理力学指标与KES系统有着良好的一致性,两系统的弯曲刚度、厚度指标相关密切,拉伸伸长E100与拉伸功WT关联密切,两系统的剪切刚度也存在一定相关.在KES系统中,织物的压缩功WT与弯曲刚度B之积可用来考核织物的可成形性.
It is most important for objective evaluation to be made to find some mechanical parameters which can comprehensively and scientifically describe the differences of fabric hand. The mechanical parameters in FAST system are highly in accordance with those in KBS system. The binding rigidity and thickness in the two system are closely correlated respectively. The extensibility (E1OO) and tensile energy (WT) are also in high correlation. There are some relationship between the shear stiffnesses of the two system. In the KES system, the formability of fabric is illustrated with the product of compression energy and bending rigidity(WT×B).
