摘要
对链球菌分离株LY株进行了形态鉴定、培养特性鉴定、生化特性鉴定、血清型鉴定、毒力鉴定以及免疫原性鉴定,为研制新型的C群链球菌灭活疫苗进行了有益的探索。
LY isolates of Streptococcus mutans strains of a form of identification, cultivation characterization, biochemical characterization, serotype identification, identification of virulence and immunogenicity of identification, in order to develop new types of Streptococcus group C vaccine has made useful explorations.
