摘要
本文分析了高斯光束经里斯特显微物镜的聚焦特性。导出聚焦光束束腰位置及光斑尺寸的计算公式。以一典型里斯特物镜为例,讨论了入射光束参数,物镜的孔径衍射及残余象差对聚焦光斑的影响等问题。从而得出确定最佳聚焦方案的原则。
The focusing characteristics of Gaussian beam through the List microscope objective is analyzed.The formulas for determing the waist position and waist spot size of fo cused beam are obtained. The effects of the incident beam parameters, the objective's aperture diffraction and rast aberration on the focused spot etc.are discussed.For a typical List objective and the rule for best determing the focusing scheme is presented.
