厚重真丝织物染色的关键助剂及应用工艺

Critical Dyeing Assistants for Heavy-Weight Silk Fabrics and Their Application Technology

针对厚重真丝织物染色中存在的色花、深浅边、白芯和灰伤等病疵，提出全面推广使用高效匀染剂ESV－01和ESV－02、浴中柔软剂ESD－111及渗透脱气剂ECP－2等关键助剂，以解决上述技术难题。文中介绍了这些助剂的具体性能及应用工艺。

In order to eliminate such defects as uneven dyeing, side-to-side shading, white core and chafe mark in the dyeing ofheavy-weight silk fabrics, it is recommended to use highly-effective dyeing assistants ESV-01 and ESV-02, softener ESD-111and penetrating degasser ECP-2. This paper describes the property and application of these auxiliaries.
