文章专题综述了花椒的历史、栽培、加工及近十年花椒有效成分的提取、分离、重组、分析、鉴定等技术的最新研究成果及进展,并进一步展望了花椒研究的前沿与前景。
This paper specially shows that the history, plant, process and research development in later ten years of prickly ash on effective components extraction, separation, recompose, analysis and identification,and extend the expectation and prospects of prickly ash research.
