生姜含有姜辣素等物质。对人体有行气、开窍、杀菌、消炎、通血、驱毒、抗氧化的功效。实验研究了姜汁饮料的配方与生产工艺流程,采用正交实验得出姜汁苹果汁混合饮料中最佳的姜汁含量为10%、苹果汁含量为30%,糖含量为10%。
