穴位强化埋线配合肛门局部手术治疗便秘的临床研究

Clinical Study on the Treatment of Constipation with Potentialized Catgut-embedding at Acupoints plus Local Surgical Therapy of the Anus

为了探讨穴位强化埋线法治疗慢传输型便秘（STC）或混合型便秘（MC）的疗效．观察组STC和MC各62例，采用大肠俞、天枢、中极、足三里穴位埋线部分配合肛门局部手术，对照组STC和MC各62例，121服中药四磨汤治疗，MC62例实施肛门局部手术。每天记录排便时间及排便量，随访6个月。结果显示，6个月时观察组124例中治愈52例（41．9％），显效5例（4．0％）。对照组单纯STC及MC中无显效及治愈病例。结果表明．穴位强化埋线法治疗STC是一种简便易行的复合性治疗方法，配合肛门局部手术可治疗MC，临床疗效满意。

Therapeautic results of potentialized catgut-embedding at acupoints plus local surgical therapy of the anus in the treatment of slow transit constipation（STC） and mixed constipation（MC） were studied. The 62 patients with STC and 62 with MC underwent catgut-embedding at the acupoints of Dachang Shu, Tian Shu,Zhong Ji and Zusanli plus anal surgical operation（the study group）,while the 62 patients with STC and the 62 with MC received/took decoction of Simo Tang and the 62 patients with MC underwent ad- ditional anal operation（the controlled group）. Defecation time and stool volumes were recorded every day and follow-up was carried out for six monthes. Results at post treatment of 6 monthes showed that 52 were cured（41.9%） and 5 were markedly improved（4.0%） in the study group,while no case in the controlled group was cured or markedly improved. It is concluded that potentialized catgut-embedding in the treatment of STC is a simple therapy which can be applied together with local anal surgical therapy in the treatment of MC with better therapeautic result.
