经肛门切开直肠前壁补片修补术治疗直肠前突性便秘

Transanal Incision and Patch Repair of Rectal Anterior Wall in the Treatment of Constipation Caused by Rectocele

为克服传统手术方法治疗直肠前突性便秘的不足，提高临床疗效，对12例女性直肠前突性便秘病人采用经肛门切开直肠前壁补片修补术治疗，近期总有效率100％，其中治愈率83．3％；远期总有效率100％，其中治愈率91．7％。结果表明，该术式治疗直肠前突性便秘疗效明显，无并发症。

The objective of this study was to improve the therapeutic efficacy of surgical therapy in the treatment of constipation caused by rectocele. The 12 female patients underwent the procedure of transanal incision and patch repair of rectal anterior wall. As results, the short-term total effective rate was 100% ,0. 91.7%. e cure rate being 83. 3%0.
