自动胶圈套扎配合消痔灵注射治疗直肠内脱垂

Treatment of the Internal Rectal Prolapse by Automatic Rubber Ring Ligation Accompanied with Xiaozhiling Injection

为探索治疗直肠内脱垂的有效方法，改进传统的治疗方法，采用自动胶圈套扎配合消痔灵局部注射治疗直肠内脱垂32例，其中Ⅱ度8例，Ⅲ度24例。结果总有效率93．8％（30／32），随访12个月，未见复发。结果表明，自动胶圈套扎配合消痔灵注射治疗直肠内脱垂，疗效好，无并发症和后遗症。

The objective of this study was to improve the traditional procedure in the treatment of internal rectal prolapse. Thirty two patients with internal rectal prolapse（8 in Ⅱ grade and 24 in Ⅲ grade） underwent hitching ＆ ligation through automatic rubber rings plus Xiaozhiling injection. As results,the total improvement rate was 93.8% （30,/32）, follow up of 12 monthes revealed no recurrence. It is concluded that this combined therapy is of many strong points, such as better therapeutic result, no complication and sequela.
