注射疗法治疗小儿直肠脱垂的围手术期处理

Perioperative Management of Children with Rectal Prolapse Treated by Sclerosing Agent Injection

为探讨硬化剂注射治疗小儿直肠脱垂的围手术期处理方法，回顾性总结分析20例直肠脱垂患儿的临床资料。围手术期应做好术前评估、术前准备、麻醉、术中操作及术后处理等，注意在治疗上小儿不同于成人之处，积极有效的术前、术中、术后处理才能较好地提高临床疗效并有效控制并发症的发生。

The objective of this study is to discuss the perioperative management of children with rectal prolapse treatment by sclerosing agent injection. The clinical data of 20 children with rectal prolapse, who had undergone sclerosing agent injection, were analized retrospectively. It is found that the following aspects should be well prepared and well done：preoperative evaluation and preparation,anesthesia,interoperative manipulation, postoperative management and full consideration of children＇s characteristics, which are the key elements to enhance therapeutic efficacy and to prevent complications.
