隧道式瘘管切除缝合术治疗低位单纯性肛瘘46例临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Low Simple Anorectal Fistula through Tunnel Fistulectomy and Suture

为探索治疗低位单纯性肛瘘的有效方法，采用隧道式瘘管切除缝合术治疗单纯性肛瘘46例。结果显示，治愈率100％，术后疼痛1～8d，创口愈合时间5～18d。43例经1～3年随访，未见复发，肛门功能正常。结果表明，隧道式瘘管切除缝合术治疗低位肛瘘疗效满意，术后局部瘢痕小，愈合快，复发率低。

Tunnel fistulectomy and suture was applied in the treatment of low simple anorectal fistula,46 patients underwent such procedure. As results,the cure rate was 100% ,postoperative pain lasted 1-8 days, and wound healing took 5-18 days. 43 cases were followed up for 1-3 years,no recurrence was found and anal function was normal. It is concluded that the procedure of tunnel fistulectomy and suture in the treatment of low anorectal fistula is of the strong points of better therapeutic efficacy,less scar,quicker healing and lower recurrence.
