摘要
本实验在Nd-YAG激光光纤末端输出功率与照射累计时间相同的情况下,对比观察活体和离体犬气管、隆突对不同时间组合YAG激光的承受量,以期为YAG激光安全治疗呼吸道阻塞性病变提供参考依据。
20W/cm2 power density of Nd-YAG laser with its energy density ranging from 60-110J/cm2 was used on various sites of the tracheae and carinae of two living and two killed mongrel dogs. The results showed that the carina wall and dead tissue are easier to be perforated than those of trachea wall and living ones under same power density and energy density. 20W of Nd-YAG lsaer with 0.5-1.0 second per pulse and total time of 8-10 seconds is safer in the treatment of carina and trachea walls.
