硬脂酸修饰氢氧化铝颗粒的制备及其体外释放度的考察

摘要 目的:制备硬脂酸修饰的氢氧化铝颗粒剂并考察其体外释放度。方法:利用硬脂酸对氢氧化铝进行表面修饰并制备氢氧化铝颗粒,用傅立叶变换红外光谱仪对修饰后氢氧化铝进行物相表征,同时用可见分光光度计测定体外释放度。结果:修饰后氢氧化铝颗粒剂的体外释放度降低,当硬脂酸用量为10%时,修饰后的氢氧化铝颗粒能达到较好的缓释效果并接近Higuchi释药模型。结论:硬脂酸修饰后的氢氧化铝可用于制备氢氧化铝缓释颗粒剂。 OBJECTIVE To prepare aluminum hydroxide granules modified with stearic acid, and test the release rate in vitro. METHODS The modified aluminum hydroxide was synthesized with stearic acid and used to prepare the sustained-release preparation; The modified sample was indentified by FT-IR and determined release rate using UV-vis. RESULTS The preparation had a slower release rate than the unmodified ones; and the release rate of sustained-release granular preparation decreased considerably with the growth of the stearie acid quantity. The results of release rate showed that the preparation modified with 10% quantity of stearic acid displays a best result of sustained-release; and the release model approach Higuchi Equations. CONCLUSION The modified aluminum hydroxide can be used to prepare the sustained-release granule Preparation.
