摘要 本文采用8mW He-Ne激光器照射小鼠胸腺区及脾区、观察激光照射对血清IgG、溶血素、AFC及LGL的影响。实验结果表明,激光照射组上述免疫指标明显高于对照组(P<0.01),由此证明He-Ne激光具有增强免疫细胞活性及促进免疫分子产生的作用。 In this paper, it's showed that thymus and spleen region of mice was irradiated by 8mW He-Ne laser to obserrate the influence of laser irradiation on the IgG, LGL,AFC and hemolysin.The results showed that IgG,LGL,AFC and hemolysin in the roup irradiated were obviously improved over those in the controlled group (p<0.01). The conclusion isthat He-Ne laser irradiated spleen area can enhance the activation of immune cell and promote production of immune molecule.
