爱活尿通促进精液液化的体外实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的通过对爱活尿通处理精液前后液化时间的比较,研究爱活尿通在体外对液化异常精液的影响。方法50例液化时间延长的精液标本每例分成3份,1份加爱活尿通提取液为实验组,还有2份为对照组,对照组1加糜蛋白酶,对照组2不作任何处理,观察不同方法处理后精液液化的时间及处理前后精子活力。结果爱活尿通提取液和糜蛋白酶均可使液化延长的精液明显缩短液化时间(P<0.05),且爱活尿通处理后的精液液化时间较糜蛋白酶处理后精液液化时间更短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但精子活力及活率的差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论爱活尿通提取液和糜蛋白酶均可以有效地改善精液液化时间,但爱活尿改善精液液化时间的效果优于糜蛋白酶。 To investigate the effect of Eviprostat on semen liquefaction by comparative analysis of time of semen liquefaction under pre- and posttreatment with Eviprostat. Methods Total of 50 semen samples with delayed liquefaction were divided into three groups including test group treated with Eviprostat,control group 1 with chymotrypsin,control group 2 with nothing. Time of semen liquefaction and the viability and mobility of sperm were comparatively analyzed. Results Time of semen liquefaction decreased significantly in test group and control groupl compared as that of control group2 (P〈0.05). There was a significance in time of liquefaction between test group and control groupl (P〈0.05), but no significance in the viability and mobility of sperm was found (P〉0.05). Conclusion Both of Eviprostat and chymotrypsin all reduced the time of semen liquefaction in vitro ,moreover Eviprostat was better in shortening the time of semen liquefaction than chymotrypsin.
