产后出血时常用的出血量测量方法包括称重法、容积法、面积法等。测量过程中对于产后2h内的产妇以及高危产妇要重点监测,对于少量持续的出血和腹部切口的渗血亦要提高警惕,以便及时有效的制订抢救措施。

To treat postpartum hemorrhage we should estimate the amount of blood loss accurately. The ways of measurements include weighting method, volumetric method, planimetry, et al. Special attention should be paid to patients within 2 hours of childbirth and high risk pregnant women in estimation of blood loss. We should also be cautious of little amount of persistant bleeding and abdominal incision errhysis, in order to manage the postpartum hemorrhage efficiently.
