产后出血的处理包括药物、手术和介入等方法,近年来药物治疗产后出血有了很大进展。缩宫素和麦角新碱仍然是一线治疗药物,而许多新的药物和制剂(如长效缩宫素、欣母沛、血管加压素、重组活化凝血因子Ⅶa等)已在临床应用,文章就产后出血的药物治疗进展进行评价。

Management options for postpartum hemorrhage（PPH） include pharmacological, surgical and radiological interventions. In recent years, there are great progress in its pharmacological treatment. Oxytocin and ergometrine remain first - line options, and there are many other new drugs such as carbetocin, hemabate, vasopressin and recombinant activated factor Ⅶa. This review summarizes the effectiveness, safety and the best drug combinations for the treatment of primary PPH, and highlights recent advances and developments.
