尼卡地平联合美托洛尔治疗肾性高血压观察

Observation of Effect of Nicardipine Combined with Metoprolol in the Treatment of Renal Hypertension

目的:观察尼卡地平联合美托洛尔缓释片治疗肾性高血压的疗效和安全性。方法:将65例肾性高血压患者随机分为两组。尼卡地平组39例,单用尼卡地平80mg,qd,尼卡地平联合美托洛尔缓释片组26例,联用尼卡地平40mg,qd和美托洛尔缓释片47.5～95mg,qd。两组观察疗程均为8周,监测治疗前后血压、心率、肝肾功能、血糖、血脂等。结果:尼卡地平组总有效率74.4%,尼卡地平联合美托洛尔缓释片组总有效率88.5%。所有患者治疗前后心率、肝肾功能、血糖、血脂等均无明显改变,无明显不良反应。结论:尼卡地平联合美托洛尔缓释片治疗肾性高血压安全有效,疗效优于单用尼卡地平。

Objective ： To observe the curative effect and security of nicardipine combined with metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablet on renal hypertension. Method： 65 renal hypertension patients were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in the nieardipine group were treated with nieardipine 80 mg q8h,while the patients in the therapy group were treated with nicardipine 40mg qd and metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablet 47.5 - 95mg qd for 8 weeks. Their blood pressure, heart rate, hepatic function, renal function, blood glucose and lipid were observed and recorded before and after the treatment. Result： The total efficiency was 74.4% in the controlled group and 88.5% in the therapy group, respectrively. There were no obvious changes or obvious adverse reactions in their heart rate, hepatic function,renal function, blood glucose and lipid after the treatment. Conclusion： Nicardipine combined with metoprolol suceinate sustained-release tablet is efficient and safe but more efficient than nicardipine alone in the treatment of renal hypertension.
