综合医院门诊儿科头孢菌素类药的处方评价

Evaluation of Prescriptions of Cephalosporins in Outpatient Department of Paediatrics in a Hospital

目的:促进头孢菌素类药在儿童患者中的合理应用。方法:利用医院信息系统药房管理子系统,对某综合性医院门诊2008年3～4月儿科患者使用头孢菌素类药的处方进行回顾性的调研分析。结果:共调研10380张处方,①有17张处方要求头孢克洛缓释片掰开服用,20张处方头孢丙烯分散片用药间隔不合理。②所有头孢菌素类注射剂均qd给药。③疗程大于抗生素应用规定的处方有120张,最长疗程22d。④低于治疗剂量的处方普遍,超剂量用药则少见。⑤存在药效学相互作用的处方68张。结论:应对不合理用药现象进行干预;规范头孢菌素类药的临床应用;药师应对处方药品应用的合理性加强审核。

Objective： To promote the rational use of cephalosporins in the children. Method： The prescriptions of the outpatient department of paediatrics between March 2008 to April 2008 were analyzed. Result： 10380 prescriptions were examined. The irrational use of cephalosporins was mainly manifested as improper usage, wrong times of administration, super period of treatment, irrational dosage, interaction of pharmaeodynamics, etc. Conclusion： Some effective measures such as normalizing the use of cefaelor sustained - release tablets, correcting the wrong times of administration, strengthening checking of prescriptions, etc. should he taken to promote the rational use of drug.
