摘要
根据氮爆式液压冲击器的工作原理,建立了新型的液压冲击器模糊控制方案。本文首先介绍了液压冲击器的回弹现象、回弹波形和回弹速度的计算;接着阐述了模糊控制策略的工作原理和特点。在分析了本文气液联合式液压冲击器的特点之后,给出了冲击器控制系统模糊控制器的具体设计过程。实验结果表明,在不影响实验控制效果的前提下,应用模糊控制可以有效降低实验装置的成本,满足了系统的要求。
According to the operating principle of the nitrogen-explosion hydraulic impastor, we research on a new fuzzy control system for hydraulic impactor. In this article, we first introduce the bounce-back of hydraulic impacor, the bounce-back wave and the calculation of the bounce-back speed. Then we explain the fuzzy-control principle and features. After studying the specialties of the gas-liquid united hydraulic impactor, we give the design process of fuzzy controller. The test shows that without the influence on experimental control effects, the fuzzy-control application can effectively reduce the cost of the experimental devices and satisfy systematic demands.
