摘要
铰接式车辆液压转向系统的参数计算是设计的关键一步,通过分析获得了转向系统参数的设计方法及其执行元件的选型。基于VB6.0软件平台,开发了用于液压转向系统关键技术参数计算的专用程序通过对三种类型的铰接车辆转向系统参数计算结果的分析表明,该软件计算可靠,可明显缩短产品的开发周期。
It is important to calculate parameters of the hydraulic steering system in designing articulated vehicle. The computing method of steering system＇s parameters and the type selection of executors are acquired through analysis. Based on the VB6.0 software, the specific program of key parameters＇ calculation for the hydraulic steering system is developed. The analysis on computing results of the steering system of three types of articulated vehicles shows that the program is reliable and can reduce development cycle obviously.
