Research and analysis on overhaul period and economy of the large-sized mining dump trucks

摘要 矿用电动轮汽车在运行过程中不断地受到有形磨损,故障率也不断增加,然而何时进行大修,是电动轮汽车管理者最关心的问题。建立了第一次大修周期模型,得出电动轮汽车第一次最佳大修周期为3.82年;利用大修理决策判据,选取具有代表性的车型,进行了第三次大修的经济性论证分析。为确定矿山企业电动轮汽车大修周期、客观评估使用年限提供了依据。 The mining dump truck suffers from the physical attrition continuously, and the failure rate increases too. However, when to overhaul is the biggest concern of the superintendent. In this paper, the first overhaul period model is established and it is obtained that the first optimal overhaul period is in 3.82 years. Using the overhaul decision-making criterion and selecting the representative vehicle, the analysis of economic feasibility for the third overhaul is carried out, which provides the basis for the determination of the overhaul period and for the objective evaluation of the service life.
