摘要
介绍了基于PLC的辊压机控制系统,并给出了系统硬件组成和软件设计。系统采用了SIMATIC S7-300系列PLC,并配有触摸屏,具有控制精度高、可靠性高、故障率低和实时性好等特点,并具有较高的性价比和应用价值。
The control system for roller press based on PLC is introduced in this paper. The hardware configuration and the design of software are presented in detail. SIMATIC S7-300 PLC with touch screen is used in this system. It is characterized by its high control precision, high reliability, low ,failure rate and high quality of real time. It has higher cost performance and applicated walue.
