水泵作为供水系统的主要设备,消耗着大量的电能。某选矿厂通过改造,构建一种变频调速恒压供水系统,根据管网瞬间压力变化,自动调节某台水泵的起停及转速,使水泵出口端保持压力恒定,以提高自动化水平,降低劳动强度,节约电能。
As a main equipment in water supply system, pump consumed a lot of power. Through reformation, a frequency control water supply system with constant discharge pressure is established in a certain concentration plant. A certain pump can be adjusted to start up, stop and run with the instant pressure of pipe network automatically, the discharge pressure of the pump can be maintain constant, so as to raise the level of automation, reduce labor intensity, economize on electricity.
