摘要
课程改革中教师应具备课程的主体意识、生成意识、资源意识和评价意识,这需要通过鼓励教师开展叙事研究,赋予教师足够的专业自主权以及社会、家庭、学校合理分担教育责任等方式予以唤醒。
In curriculum reform, teachers should possess subject awareness, generation awareness, resource awareness and evaluation awareness, which need to be awakened by encouraging teachers to conduct narrative researches, giving teachers suffieient professional autonomy, and sharing of educational responsibility by family, society and school.
