乙肝疫苗接种者血清中抗HBs水平与IL-1β,TNF—α的浓度关系

摘要 目的探讨接种乙肝疫苗后,机体产生抗-HBs和不产生抗-HBs的同时IL-1β和TNF—α在体内的变化。方法对身体健康乙肝三系全阴人群(42例),在接种乙肝疫苗前后分别采集静脉血3ml,检测IL-1β,TNF-α和抗-HBs。结果人群接种乙肝疫苗后IL一1p,TNF—a水平较接种前显著升高(P〈0.01)。接种后IL-1β和TNF—α水平与抗HBs S/CO值呈正相关(r=0.787,r=0.641)。结论IL-1β,TNF—α水平的升高与乙型肝炎病毒感染有一定相关性。 Objective To realize the association of IL-1β,TNF-α and the protective antibody (anti-HBs) of HBV in the population before or after vaccination of HBV vaccine. Methods 3 ml vein blood from investigation objects(n=42) was collected ,the samples of which were detected by means of ELISA. HBsAg,anti-HBs,anti-HBc,HBeAg,anti-HBe and IL-1β, TNF-α were detected. Results The serum IL-1β,TNF-α levels were significant higher than those before the vaccination of HBV vaccine (P〈0. 01). There were positive correlation between anti-HBs and the serum IL-1β,TNF-α levels after the vaccination of HBV vaccine(r=0. 787,r=0. 641). Conclusion There are some association between the levels of IL-1β, TNF-α and anti-HBs.
