柏拉图《理想国》中在对传统的三种正义观批判的基础上建构了自己的正义思想,认为正义是对立统一的,分为国家正义和个人正义两种,国家正义优先于个人正义。柏拉图的正义观对于我们构建社会主义和谐社会具有重大的借鉴意义。

In ＂ Utopia＂ Plato constructed his viewpoint of justice on the basis of critiques to three kind of traditional view of justice. In his mind, justice embodies the thought of antagonism and harmony, and it can be divided into country justice and individual justice, the former is superior to the latter. Plato＇ s concept of justice is of great reference significance for us to build a harmonious socialist society.
