摘要
可持续发展是实现人与自然和谐相处的唯一途径,水利行业也不例外。本文对水利可持续发展的必要性进行了分析,然后阐述了中国水土流失现状和水土流失对水利的危害,最后对水土保持在水利中的积极作用进行了探讨。
The sustainable development is realized as the only way which the human and the nature is together harmonious. The water conservation is not exceptional. This article analyzed the water conservation sustainable national development, then elaborated the present situation of China soil erosion, and the effect of water and soil conservation on the water conservation.
