摘要
本文探讨造船企业生产物流的分析计算思路,提出了基于约束理论的物量分析模式,用于在造船工程管理的复杂应用环境下,计算船体车间关键设备的生产物流,对船体车间进行主要设备的能力校核,通过能力负荷计算结合企业VAT分类方法,在工艺流程/工序的层级上,寻找出生产系统的瓶颈,从而对船体车间工艺流程设计进行优化。
This article introduces an analysis method for production logistics in shipyard and puts forward a quantity analysis mode based on the theory of constraint, which is used to calculate the flux about production logistics of hull shop key equipment in the complicated environment of shipbuilding engineering management. Through ability analysis for key equipment and VAT classification method bottlenecks for production system are to be found and thus the technological process design for hull shop to be optimized.
