Explore the Ways to Deal with the Difficulties in the Execution of Fine Penalty

罚金刑在我国作为一种附加刑而存在,在刑罚体系中处于从属地位,然而,任何一种刑罚在刑罚体系中的地位都不是一成不变的,本文通过对罚金刑执行现状的反思,提出了解决罚金刑执行难的制度构想——主刑化。

Fine penalty is one of additional punishments in China, and it is the subordination in the punishment system. However, the role of any penalty in the punishment system changes over time. This paper puts forward the institutional ideas to deal with the difficulties in the execution of fine penalty through the reflection of the current execution of fine penalty.
