隐默知识挖掘导向下高校创业型人才培养模式探讨

Study on the Education Model Reform of College Entrepreneurial Talents Based on the Orientation of How to Mine Hidden Knowledge

高校作为培养创新创业型人才的主战场,如何从传统的以传播知识为本位的培养模式转向以能力和素质为本位的现代培养模式,对创业型人才的培养有着极其重要的战略意义。文章在对隐默知识概念进行厘清的基础上,对基于隐默知识挖掘导向的高等院校培养模式进行了深入剖析,并据此提出了高校创业型人才培养模式的改革方向。

It i s extremely important for university, which is the main battlefield of training talents, to cultivate en- trepreneurial talents by transforming the education style from the traditional knowledge-based mode to the ability- and quality-based mode. On the basis of clarifying the concept of hidden knowledge, this paper concentrates on probing into how to educate the college talents by mining the hidden knowledge, and accordingly puts forward the reform directions of training college entrepreneurial talents.
