摘要 本文研究了在甘蔗渗浸水中添加亚硫酸盐对甘蔗渗出效果的作用,探讨了它们通过改变渗浸水的结构影响渗出效果的机理。结果表明,渗浸水中加亚硫酸盐可提高糖分的抽出和渗出汁的纯度,从而提高渗出效果。 The effect of sulfite on the improvement of sugar extraction efficiency wasstudipd, The principle of diffusion water in the presence of an amount of sulfite toincrease efficiency of the diffusion proces was discussed. The results showed thatthe Sugar extraction from sugarcane in a diffusion process could be increased byadding a sufficient amount of sulfite to diffusion water, and the purity of thediffusion juice also could be increased' So the efficiency of sugar extraction fromthe sugarcane was improved-
