摘要
简介了几条富马酸二甲酯（ＤＭＦ）的合成路线；着重探讨了以马来酸为原料，在高效催化剂作用下与甲醇酯化合成ＤＭＦ的新工艺条件。还阐述了ＤＭＦ的特性、防霉机理和应用概况。
The synthesis of dimethyl fumarate(DMF) esterified by acid and alcohol was introduced. The influences of maleic acid and methanol ratio,reation time, reation temperatur and the catalyst amount on the yields of ester were discussed. The characteristics, antibacterial mechanism and application of DMF were expounded.
