摘要
DH-型柑桔保鲜药纸是由联苯、HA和工业石蜡等主要原料加工而成,具有制造工艺简单、使用方便、保鲜效果好、药品残留量低等特点。经贮藏试验,使用DH-1型保鲜药纸烂果率仅为4.7%,而SS保鲜药纸烂果率为7.4%。联苯残留量果皮、果肉中分别为4.32mg/kg和0.77mg/kg。仅为WHO/FAO食品标准联苯允许量的15%左右。
DH 1 papers were made by coating kraft papers with the mixture of paraffin and preservatives such as diphenylene (DP) and HA.In a cardboard box which contains 15 kg citrus fruits,2 pieces of DH 1 papers(43×28 cm) were placed on the top and bottom respectively.The result of the storage test (at 10~20℃ for 4 months) showed that DH 1 papers kept the fruit fresher compared with the commercial “ss preservative”and the amount of remaining DP was about 15% of that of the permission published by WHO/FAO.On the other hand,this method is simple,economical and practical.
