摘要
目的调查肿瘤科护士工作压力来源和应对方式。方法对48名肿瘤科护士采用护士压力源量表、压力应对方式问卷调查。结果肿瘤科护士总体压力水平为中度,压力主要来源于“工作量及时间分配”、“病人护理”、“工作环境及仪器设备”方面:在“工作量及时间分配”方面,中高级职称及较高学历护士压力高于初级职称及低学历护士,在“护理专业及工作方面”,高学历护士压力高于低学历护士;78.72%的肿瘤科护士采用积极的成熟型应对方式应对压力,21.28%采用消极的或中间型方式应对压力。结论制定有效措施降低肿瘤科护士压力源水平,减轻应激程度,对确保护士身心健康和良好的护理质量是必要的。
Objective:To evaluate the source of job stress and the coping styles of nurses in the oncological department.Methods:48 nurses of oncological department were investigated by Nurse Stress Inventory,Stress Coping Style Questionnaires and were analyzed statistically.Results: The job stress of oncological department nurses was in the middle level.The main job stress of the nurses of oncological department came from workload time distribution ,patient care ,working environment and equipment;there are more stress in workload and time distribution with in middle-high professional tile and high educational backgrounds nurses than that of primary level profesional tile and low educational backgrounds nurses,there are more stress in professional and career issues within high educational backgrounds nurses than that low ones.There were 78.72% nurses of oncological department who coped with stressors actively,but 21.28% the nurses who coped with stressors passively or in amoderate way.Conclnsions:It is suggested to establish effective measure to reduce oncological department nurses job stress.h is necessary to reduce the level of stress both for nurses physical and mental health and for high-quality of nursing care.
